Shakira is camera shy, so this is the only picture we have of her. She's quite a beauty. And boy is this girl HUGE! She's around 95-100 lbs of muscle. She's approx. 4 years old and obviously somebody thought it would be "cool" to crop her ears to make her look like a huge Pit Bull. Due to the fact that she came out of So. Central Los Angeles, her "owners" were probably attempting to market her puppies as "huge Pit Bulls". She is so kind and gentle and the quietest dog. She is great in the house and completely crate trained. She had a couple of seizures in her sleep when first coming into rescue, but she was put on medication for them and they soon went away. She's been weaned off of the meds and has been fine ever since. Not sure what caused them, but it definitely had no effect on her health or temperament. Shakira is a very easy going dog and would make the ultimate indoor companion. Shakira is currently with Villalobos Rescue Group in Agua Dulce. Out of state adoptions considered if within driving distance.
