Operation K9 Rescue Happy Tails - Success Stories

Romeo
Romeo, now affectionately known as Jade, found himself in a Northern CA shelter, as an owner turn in. Jade’s family was having some problems with physical violence, which included Jade. His owner spent some time in jail and Jade found himself with us in San Diego, CA. from some caring people who helped transport him south. While Jade was in the shelter, the shelter workers renamed him to Romeo, because he was such a lover with all of the shelter workers (especially the women). Jade came to us with a broken rib or two that healed incorrectly, so it makes his fur stick out on one side. All 4 of his incisors were broken off and his ear was sliced by a razor. That’s all that we could physically see, and we will never know what all happened to Jade previously, but we do know that he is in a GREAT loving home now where he is treated like the King that he is! Through some phone calls from well intentioned people wanting to help we figured out the breeder that Jade came from, his birthdate, and of course who his Mom and Dad are.
