Operation K9 Rescue Memorials
Nell
Nell was such a young girl when she was forced to cross the Rainbow Bridge as a result of what her previous owners did to her. They taught her to be aggressive towards people, even those that were taking care of her. Only a 9-month old puppy, Little Nell was already a danger to those that were close to her. She came to our rescue from the Camarillo Animal Shelter and we had high hopes for her. Puppies are sweet and gentle and fun to have around. Nell's behavior had clear signs that someone had taught her to be an attack dog. After a couple of incidents of aggression, we were then forced to consider the safety of our volunteers and decided she was not adoptable because she was a threat to the general public. This was a puppy that could have had her whole life ahead of her were it not for the irresponsible owners that made her what she became.
Nell, it's not your fault. We forgive you!

Honoring our Rescues that are waiting at the edge of Rainbow Bridge for us.
Please spend some time here with our memories of our recues who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Each name will take you to a memorial page devoted to that dog with pictures, and a tribute to the way they touched our lives.
