Operation K9 Rescue Memorials Mia I wanted to say a prayer tonite for our lovely Mia. She passed away this morning. She was one of the kindest gentlest souls. She was such a wreck when she came in but within days she was lively and giving so much love to everyone. We will miss her so much. My canine angel, how loyal you have been. Always there beside me through times of thick or thin. In an instant God decided, heavens gate you must defend. And he gave you wings so you may fly; now alone I'm left to fend. But, you'll always be a part of me, for God's angels didn't know That I hid a precious part of you; locked it tightly in my soul Now anytime I feel the ache of my torn and shattered heart I can reach down, deep within my soul, where I still can hear your bark. Though God has felt the time had come to summons you away I hold dear, your love and loyalty, 'till we meet again one day Though cheated out of precious time, we were meant to spend. Forever I shall love you true my canine friend!
